Yoga Collective Berlin

Yoga can teach us about how and why we feel what we feel, and how we can deal with change. It supports and strengthens us, not only our physical bodies, but also our mental constitutions. It helps us to align our skeletal structure, strengthen our muscles and our immune system, relieves stress, gives us focus and keeps the mind relaxed and calm.

Some of us at YCB never imagined becoming yoga teachers. Some didn’t plan to study or even practice yoga. But whatever brought us to the path of yoga decades ago, we just couldn’t stop. This is the beauty of the Practice. It tends to inspire you to go deeper, teaching you about yourself, and how to surrender. And, it never ceases to surprise you, the physical art as well as the underlying philosophy.

If you’re reading this, then perhaps you feel the same way. This is why we came together to create Yoga Collective Berlin – to offer our years of experience, understanding and deep knowledge of the practice to YOU, all under one roof.

So join the tribe, and let’s share our Collective love of yoga together.

We are Yoga Collective Berlin. Adam, Daniela, Nela, Kristin and Stine.

We are 5 of the most experienced yoga and meditation teachers in Berlin. We love to teach, and we’ve recently joined together as a collective because, especially in these challenging times, there is tremendous power in connection and community.

YCB will offer a range of Livestream classes each week, from beginners courses for those just starting out, to the more advanced student looking for a challenge.

Best of Us

Each of us has our own unique practice, talents and skills, so you’re bound to find a teacher that resonates with you.

As senior teachers who have travelled and taught thousands of students from all over the world, we understand how big and small, sometimes scary and overwhelming, beautiful and full of joy this world can be.
Along with all of you, we are facing the challenges of today’s life.

Being yogis we know all is change. Change is inevitable and is what we need in order to grow.
